Aannddd...I tried potty training for one day. I thought she was ready and could pull it off. I don't think I am the one who can pull it off. Mid-day tears happened. For me, not her. And Adam brought me a diaper. We will try later. ha. 

Beauty & the Beast

These two.  This Halloween they duo-ed as Beauty and the Beast. Luckily, the week before Halloween Ashland had a "Freaky Frolics" that included a parade and games for kids. The weather was perfect so it was nice that Ol could just wear her dress without having to be bundled up in coats and hats- which was the situation on actual Halloween night. The two of them scored first place in their age division which was kind of fun:) She needed her beast to score that title! 

October has been fun and full. With pumpkin patch, smores, shrimpfest at Red Lobster, and lots of candy and chocolate!

"Yellow Bus"

Fall is here and in full force! We have been taking Ollie in in spoonfuls because we can't get over the cuteness of this stage...and the naughty-ness :/....She is starting to talk and talk...she will copy anything we say now, "yellow bus" being one of them- because we always pass a buss or two on the way home from daycare. We were out "gathering leaves" in a bucket the other day and I was telling her to look at the pretty yellow leaves..."yellow bus" she says;) 

She loves to sing sing sing songs in the car and acts like she knows every word. If you pass us driving you may see Adam and I synchronizing hand motions to Wheels on the Bus or Ten Little Monkeys. Yikes.
